1. General Policy

- The product remains in its original packaging
- The request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order

You may request an exchange if:

5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method or another agreed method
6. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side, we cover all shipping costs
- If the return is customer-initiated, the customer is responsible for shipping fees

1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Egypt through trusted shipping partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
3. Delivery Time
- Cairo & Major Cities: 2–3 working days
- Other Governorates: 3–4 working days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Customers may receive tracking updates via phone call or SMS once the order has been shipped.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability:
- The order may be rescheduled
- Additional delivery fees may apply
